Licensed in Illinois, Chelsea serves the city of Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland areas, specializing in residential and commercial real estate consulting, buyer and seller representation, and transaction management. With 10 years of real estate sales experience, she has successfully guided clients through the sale and purchase of various property types, including new construction, single-family homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family residences, 2-4 unit buildings, retail storefronts, vacant land, industrial warehouses, and mixed-use properties.
In 2024, out of 700+ agents, Kale Realty recognized Chelsea for her exceptional business practices and selected her for the brokerage's pilot mentorship program. As a paid Transaction Coach & Agent Mentor, Chelsea now helps newer agents navigate the industry, equipping them with the business tools and strategies needed for success.
